What I Did Today?

Do you see scrap booking anywhere on this list?

Nope...not any where on the list?

Here is what I have been up to lately...

I have started scrap booking in the last month. It certainly does take a lot of my time away from other things that I really enjoy...like blogging. As if I don't have enough on my plate, I am having a bit of time management problems, to say the least. Something has to give...sorry house work, I will get to you later.

This morning I had a full list of things I should have done and then checked them all off of my list, but did I? Of course not. I stayed in my Jammie's until afternoon because it was cold and I was scrap booking. I spent the better part of my day printing pictures. I did finish one scrapbook of my great niece and nephew. This takes a lot of time folks, or else I am very slow.

Next time I will get my prints from Wal-mart, that should save a lot of time and I will try to get dressed before I leave.

These adorable little people are my sister's grand children.
My great-niece and nephew.
I love them dearly.

I guess you can see why I had so much fun printing their photos
and scrap booking them

I did venture out to pick up the dry cleaning, but they forgot to send one pair of pants. Argh... I have to return tomorrow. It is about an hour away. I will try to get today's list completed tomorrow.

Now for the good stuff that Santa brought me. A new king bed post and frame. I have not had one since we gave our queen size Queen Ann bed to our oldest son. It goes without saying that I am a little bit excited and grateful. Thank you, Santa for the bed! It will be delivered next week.

You can in vision a beautiful bedroom with a gym in it. Yep! That sure does the trick for me.

Then there is the Total Gym that Santa brought us. Doesn't he know that I have my own personal gym in the suite part of the bedroom. It is half gym with an Elliptical, Treadmill, weights, stability ball and all the Cd's one could have on Yoga and exercise. You see why I need more equipment? I still think Santa took it to the wrong house. I have tried it. It's OK... The good news is that thankfully, I will never look like Chuck Norris. Not even if I tried. LOL!

This is the rest of the photos that I need to scrap book. I have made a huge mess and I will have to clean it up before I can start my next book.

There you have it exactly what I have been up to for the last couple of days.

Tomorrow, I work with flowers, so I guess this will be on hold for a while.

I love jammy days. I've not done one in years. I'll have to fix that. Enjoy your scrap booking. That's exactly what life is all about.

Have a terrific day Pam. Big hug. :)

Did you know you can download the photos you want to WalMart's site and then pick them up when they're ready? (Maybe you did know about this. I just found out about it and am completely shocked at such technology. For real.)

I wish I had the patience to scrapbook. I love to look at ones that others have done.

I made a couple of scrapbooks when my first daughter was born, and have one to make for Bella... but i am so not into it like i was. I think because i am so much into beading that i can't get the creative surge to make photo things. But i will have too, or Bella will feel cheated later ;)

Crochet Lady that is nice of you to say about my scrap book. I appreciate it.

Sandee, that was hard to do because I am so use to doing a schedule and especially getting up and dressed in the morning.

Dr.John, I can't find my cd's yet. They are some where in this house.

Hey Chickie, I do know about ordering on line, but have not done so yet. It is a hassle to go and do your own photos. Pretty sure I will look in to online.

Thanks for telling me about it. I would like to do a few more books of my grand daughter and her family. My DIL does beautiful work, just seems like I never get it.

I had lost a lot of photos on my computer, so I want to have photos in addition to the Cd's.

Hi Xmichra, I am late getting on board with scrap booking. Seems like I finally have time to do the things I want to do in life.

I have a really long list of things I still want to do like get back to oil painting and gardening.

Scrapbooking in your pj's is a luxury. It is also habit forming. Great looking pages.

Scrapbooking DOES take a lot of time. I am ready to settle down and create something. When the kids start back to school, I will be scrapbooking and crafting a bunch!

Have a Happy New Year!

Happy New Year Pam! I hope this new year brings you every happiness.

I certainly do love days where I just roll out of bed and shlump into my chair at my desk ... right next to my bed. So lazy and comfortable ... especially with the heater next to my bed.

So ... is your resolution to scrap book more? lol. I see that you already have a wonderful space for exercising. That seems to have been my primary focus for the last two years: Health and weight loss. I began January 2008 at 199 lbs, January 2009 at 172 lbs, and my "official January 2010 weight" is 161.5 lbs. My goal had been 157 ... not far off, eh? And I actually DID hit 158 two weeks into December. Then I ate yummy things. lol! However, I am happy.

I love you Pam! Your bed looks awesome, by the way. Only right that you should get one since the puppies got one. lol!
