Nature Notes...

My morning walk reveals a day lily in full bloom. I dug them up from my old house and in time we will have more.

This morning is so very beautiful that even I don't know if I can aptly describe it. I am still learning how to work my new camera, so this is an experiment. Here is a picture of a hanging basket of flowers that are so delicately colored in soft shades of pink, yellow, and cream.

These are waiting to be planted.
Bruno, enjoying a chance to be to outside.

I off to run errands. Have a great day!

Ah, a fellow lily lover! I'll be digging up the ones in my old garden soon and moving them to the new house.

Those pink and cream flower are wonderful. What are they?

Sandee, Bruno likes to hunt,so I have to watch him when he wants to get my birds.

Michelle, I have been wanting to take part in Nature Notes, but my old camera was broken. I am still learning how to use my new one.

I went back and added the logo for Nature Notes. I was in such a hurry this am that I forgot.

Thanks Rj for stopping by and commenting. Bruno is really my Hubs cat and he is very spoiled.

My Maracas, I know what you mean about your lilies. The flowers in question are called Calibrachoa. This is my first time growing them.

Thank you very much for stopping by and commenting.

Wow. You ARE surrounded by beauty. It really shows what a good gardener you are, too. When I walk out MY door I don't see THAT MUCH beauty. But I do have a few plants that I LOVE. My snowbush, my amarillas, my chinese jack o lanterns, and these little succulents with rose type flowers on them. I love those things. My tiny azalea tree is very pretty too ...but that does it for me. Your yard is a BOUNTY of beauty. Nice job, gardening lady!
