Eeccchhhh...

Well, I guess most of you heard about that little mouse that was in my truck that bit my toenail. That totally grossed me out and I am surprised that I did not have a wreck in my truck. Eeeeeehhhh!!!

As if that was not bad enough, he then proceeded to die in my truck in the dash board somewhere. Miraculously, I survived the week only to have this next thing happen last week.

I was on the road when I hit a large bird that was eating something dead in the road. He did not fly away in time and kersplattt, I had blood on my windshield. So far my week is not going to good. Yet there is more.

The final attack was today by a red wasp. He attacked me with full force and stung the heck out of my hand. Boy, did that hurt. Tomorrow, when I don't hurt so much, I am pledging a full out war against these pest. Be ready to die.
That's it for me today. I hope my week ends better than it started. It would have been worth it to have the wasp sting the mouse and the vulture eat the mouse. Ha! The world is out of order and I am staying inside my house. Besides, it is too hot to even go outside.
That's it folks.

What Jeff said. Okay, you've had three things happen with critters. I'm saying you're done.

Have a terrific day honey. Big hug. :)

I have missed you too!

Thom, there are no giraffes, but there are cows, horses and deer. Calling Dr.Zeus right now...

Aphra, I hope you are right about three's. Hey where have you been?

Sandee, If I can get one more person to confirm it, then that would make three as well. LOL
I hope I am done.

I am venturing outside to mow.

Dawn, you sneeked in while I was commenting. It's a done deal now that you have confirmed it.
Aww... thank you so much.

Sorry about that.

Thanks for the comment, DeEtta.

OH MY LORD!!
A mouse in the truck...and it bit you?! I would have died a slow and hyperventilating death right then and there. Did you know that I had a mouse in my car for nearly 3 weeks one time (I blogged it last year) and couldn't catch the darn thing. I couldn't drive the car. No way. No how. Finally caught it with peanut butter on a trap under the backseat. NASTY!!!!
I will never, ever, ever, ever, ever leave food in the car again.
It bit you??!!

Go get a rat test or something.

No, no, no Mimi, it just tried to nibble at my nicely pedicured toe nails. In particular, my big toe...
I looked down and saw this tiny little mouse at my toe. I don't know who was more scared.

It did scare the heck out of me because I hate mice. Thanks for even reading this post bc I know how much you dislike them too.LOL

Now that DOES seem logical that the wasp could be a munchy little snack for the mouse who could be a munchy little snack for the bird ... but I'm wondering who had the worst day? You? Or the bird, who was eating at a fabulous buffet when out of nowhere a CAR drove right through the banquet room and took him out?
LOL
I don't mean to make light of your horrible week. I can't even IMAGINE being attacked like that by a wasp!!! Seriously! I've been stung ONCE by a wasp and now they are public enemy number one. Attacked like you were... I would be enlisting every possible means of extermination possible ... yup. I don't seem to have any heart for pests that hurt me, eat my food, or invade my house.

And a mouse in your car? Biting your toe?
What an unappreciative little passenger it was!
We hate stinky things in small spaces that we can't get away from.

So sorry you had such a traumatic week.

and LOL @ Jeff.

That was dang funny.

And as far as the "three" thing goes ... stay inside. I would have thought ONE was the limit. The Zoo is out of the question.

Wendy, you really made me laugh with your comments. Yes, I agree that the birds banquet was ruined because of my big truck. LOL

hahahahahahahahahahah...me sorry~
