Here's the darling shop where I work

Front parking and entry to porch.
The blue building is a manicure, pedicure and all things wonderful that go with a beauitifying salon.

My beautiful little boss. She is so much fun to work for. We think so much a like. She does an awesome job on managing this shop.

Fireplace and mantel in the front room.

This is the front room and it is where most of the home accessories are displayed.

The french door to the left side of the shop houses the hair dressers and tanning booths.

Home accessories at the front door of the shop.

This is the middle room where Courtney sells clothes, jewerly, designer bags, and other accessories. She puts all of this together. She has a great eye for details.

Antiques fill the shop and create a lovely warm atmosphere.

See why I love my job and this amazing little shop.
And the people I work with are just the best folks ever.

Looking from the middle room to the front door. This is the center of the shop.

My design station is to the right behind these plants. It is a wonderful little room in the center of the house. There is a big walk in cooler there. It steps down in to a wash room where the balloons and wrapping paper are located.

Beautiful, and so charming. You are blessed to have such a caring work place.

Oh no, here comes trouble - Prudence.

Hi Miss Pam,

Oh boy, do they give paw-d-cures? I really need a day at the spa, this family is a paw full these days. Ugh.

Heaps of Hugs

DeEtta, this littls shop is a blessing to me. They are all such lovely people that work there.

Merry Christmas to you my friend.

Joyce, thank you for the sweet comments about work. It is the cutest place and there is nothing like it around the area. In our little town, people call it the Waskom Mall. You can get everything there.

Prudence,I think they would fix you right up with a paw-d-cure. Do you want me to make you an appoinment? LOL!

Bear hugs to you and your Sissy and M too.

Thom, it is hard to complain when you have such an adorable place to work. THe first year they worked me to death, but they have eased up and are so nice to work with.

WAVY,thank you so much for stopping by and commenting. I adore shops like this because they have a little bit of everything.

Miss Pam,

Okay, late morning appointment for the "works" no water though, I am made from mohair.

Now, the interesting part - I will have to come and stay with you so I can have my "day at the spa". M says, "well Prudence, you just blew that appointment". Hmm, wonder what she means by that?

Hugs,
P

Hugs to all the ladies too. Do they know that you talk to a teddy bear? (o:

Prudence, what is M talking about? How could you blow the deal?

I don't imagine anyone at work would be shocked if they found out that I had teddy bear friends and that I talked with them as well.

They know I am creative, so I doubt if it would be a surprise.

Gail, I wish everyone had such a nice to place to work at. Of course at Valentine's Day it is a mad house. Then I wonder why I am a florist? LOL!

Oh Pam I absolutely love love love it! What a wonderful place to work. I really like the jacket on the mannequin and the handbags. If I'm ever in Texas I'll be sure to stop by!

That looks like a great place to work. Kind of peaceful, even though it is a place of employment.

Pam...I love this shop..and those owls are the best. Everything looks so quaint and inviting...it`s the kind of place I can get lost in for hours. I`m glad you work there....

Mielikki, it is such a cute place and I love that her inventory is always changing. She has sold most of the Christmas items and the clothes.

Dawn, my boss finds the cutest and hippest clothes and bags. It is so fun to work there.

If you ever came to Texas you would have to stay with me.

Melissa, it is hard to imagine that in this small town of less than 2,000 people that such a great shop exists. The people are so nice to work with. I keep trying to get them to open a tea room because we don't have a special place to eat.

Jen at Crochet Lady, that is why I gave you a virtual tour. If you ever get this way, call me and I will take you there.

Sarah,I felt like I was meant to work there. I had an appointment with my new hair dresser and I was looking around the shop. I ask if she needed help and she said yes. Of course I had been retired from my own business, but I did say yes to the job.

It felt like a God thing to all of us working there and it is very rewarding to work there. These folks are my new friends and I adore them all.

Rudee, sure you can work here with me. Can you come the week of Valentine's Day? LOL!

Debra, you would love it here, too. What day of the week would you like to work? Ha!ha!

Pam, what a precious place. I would certainly feel comfortable walking in there. Very homey! Warm. I can smell all the candles and spices you sell. Thank you for sharing the pictures. Blessings to you.

It really does look like a wonderful place to work! Little touches of beauty everywhere you look! I bet you look forward to going to work. That is a gift. I have the same gift, though my work place is a whole lot crazier!
Peaceful holidays to you and yours!

JBR, I must say that I really have the best job ever. Today I made beautiful Christmas arrangements.

Ferd, so nice of you to come by and leave me a comment. Valentine's Day is the craziest day here. I call it torture you local florist day. Of course now that I don't own my former shop, I am starting to enjoy it much more.

Do you work in ER? That would create a lot of stress. It is nice to love your job isn't it?

I am wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas.
