A view to my life

I've been sick with allergies and a sinus infection.  I tried to wait it out until I could get better, but that didn't happen.  Yesterday, I went to my family doctor and he gave me two shots, a Z pack of antibiotics, some high powdered cough syrup, and made me a visit with the allergy doctor.  I tried to tell him that this stuff if seasonal and that I don't have allergies.  He just laughed and said "Oh yes, you do have allergies."  Frankly, I just have a problem accepting that I need another doctor.  Hopefully, I am on the road to recovery. 

I took some pictures of the ducks.  Aren't they beautiful?  Something got one of the ducks.  After viewing some scat (poop) we think it is a coyote.  We found some suspicious looking tracks as well.  When I went to feed the chickens, one of them had some feathers pulled off of its leg.  I'm thinking that maybe something tried to get it as well.  Hubs set the night camera up last night.  Hopefully we will see something. 

The chickens are enjoying their semi -built coop.  It still needs the nesting boxes on top of it and roofing.  You can see that Bruno, our cat, is enjoying checking them out.  At our former home, he would sleep in the chickens coop with them and the chickens loved him.

Hubs is busy clearing and planting his garden.  He killed a huge copperhead snake while clearing.   I got a few great shots of it.

I have been planting my containers full of summer flowers, and doing some yard work.  I sure enjoyed the cooler weather we had last week.  The morning sun was gorgeous shining through the clouds. 

Things have changed in the blogsphere, and I am trying to figure it out.  I'm not sure how to delete photos uploaded that I didn't like, but I will keep on trying.
