ATC's, Dogs and Cats

Bruno trying to fix my computer. He thinks he is so smart.
He likes to watch the cursor when it moves. We spend a lot of time together at the computer.

Dog sitting Carmen while my sister went to Florida for a few days.

This is an ATC which stands for Artist Trading Card. It is beautiful. I have not heard of them before now. It is about the size of a baseball card. My friend Cindy sent this to me. She has a wonderful blog that is so inspiring and is full of love and a great talent. If you have time please go to her blog and see just how creative she is. I think you will enjoy it.

My silly dogs have two crates. They are together in the smaller one. One for Suzie, my yellow Lab and a smaller one for Hot Dog. Do you think they ever stay in their own crates? They play musical crates all the time. They are too funny. If they get any larger they will have to stay in the bigger crate. Just one of the silly reasons I love my dogs.

Well that is about it for today. I hope you have a good week.

And on the subject of Fall...
We are back to 90 degree days
There has been no rain
Dust is all we have
Fall, Fall, where did you go?
We had two weeks of nice and cool
But then you came and left us too fast
That's how it is in Texas... it never last.
As fickle as can be and always sure to change
I think it will be a while before you come again.
If you could just give us some rain
We could mow our yards without dust
Surely you know that this drought is a pain
We are getting desperate and this is a must.
So please Mother Nature send us some rain.
I have lost my energy because of this heat
I function better when I am not so beat

Oh how precious. So glad to see your "computer techie" keeping up with updates. (o: Pups are all so beautiful.

The artist's card is beautiful, oh, to have talent like that.

Hugs,
Joyce

P&S are still sleeping (too much vacation. It should be a quiet day. Yippee.

We are suppose to hit 91 today. Uggggg! And we are over 12 inches in the deficit on rain - praying that the 20% chance tomorrow happens!

I discovered ATC's about a year ago- many swaps out there and I would love one day to try my hand at it, but time is a precious commodity and has not allowed for it yet :) But that is great one you received - wonderful!

I'm sure Bruno is very capable in fixing any computer issues. Just saying.

I had to laugh out loud with the two babies in the crate. Well they are happy so what else matters.

I hope you get some rain very soon.

Have a terrific day. Big hug. :)

I love your pet photos. That Carmen has a sweet face, but if she is anything like my Dobie, she can be mischievous.

Thom, I have more photos of my animals than of my grands. My pets are so entertaining every day.

Cindy, I have wanted to post your beautiful ATC card for a while. I would like to do one, but have not found all the little things to enhance it with.

JBR, the one great thing out of many about pets is how unconditional they love us and they are always happy to see us. OK, that was two. I could do a post on animals and why I love them.

Joyce, I am glad that the girls are so tired from their beach vacation. Maybe you can get more things made. You are so creative.
Yes, Bruno, is like Old Faithful, he is next to my computer as I write. He is so silly.

Hugs,
Pam

Lailani, we are in the same boat as far as the rain and temps go. We just had our first shower in months, though it did not last long enough I was thrilled to see it. I forgot what rain smelled like. I hope you get some rain too.

Thank you for the lovely comment about Cindy's ATC. YOu would enjoy her blog very much. I hope you will check it out.

Sandee, my dogs are indeed so funny. Their crates are their safe places and they do love one another. I am glad they are happy.

We just got some rain. It was awesome though not enough.

Bruno is with me every where I go and he is not even my cat,but HUBS' cat. My cat is too polite to jump up on my table.

Big Hugs back to you!

Rudee, the thing that I adore about Dobies is that they are so smart and stubborn at the same time. Carmen doesn't even suspect that she is a dog. My sister is so good to her and I am thankful because we could not keep her with our other two dogs. Dobies are not like any other dogs that I have ever had. They are full of mischief, but are such lovely dogs.
Carmen brought home a huge rat the other day. I almost died when I saw it.

Bruno looks like he knows what he is doing at the computer. The dogs remind me of my kids, they never slept in their own beds but wanted to be together. Love the ATC card and the poem about FALL. Fall must be lost in your area, hope it comes soon.

PS: Thank you for your sweet comment, needed the tissues.

DeEtta, now that I think about it my kids did the same thing. Little brother always wanted to sleep with big brother.

Bruno just thinks he knows how to blog. LOL! But he is my companion at all times.

Your comment touched me in the same way. You are a true jewel.
Many thanks and blessings to you.

Travis, my animals are so much fun to be around and there is never a dull moment.

Crochet Lady, thank you for the comment about my dogs. They keep me company and rarely talk back! Have you heard of ATC cards? I really loved the one Cindy sent me.
