This year I think Pam should...

OK, folks...I am giving you a chance to fill in the blanks for me. Are you ready? Here goes...
This year I think Pam should__________________________.

Please take as much space as you need. Please take as much time as you want. Just have fun with what you would like to see me accomplish during this year.

Then I will set my sights on achieving these goals or things you would like to see me do.

It will be fun to see how much I get done in the next year.

Are you ready for some hilarious fun? Go for it. Of course anything too out there I might have to say "I don't think so." Just leave your answer in my comment section. I can't wait to see what you will suggest.

Give herself a big hug and not be so hard or herself.

Focus on her health in a fun way that makes it easy to obtain her goals.

Plan a fun vacation down the road that give her something to plan and look forward to.

Have a terrific day Pam. Big hug. :)

Budget some time every week to scrapbook. I remember that you took a picture awhile ago of all the pictures you'd like to put into scrapbook format. And I am a firm beleiver in making time for creative process, it is a natural de-stresser.

That is my thought :)

Oh this IS a great idea. I may have to copy your idea.

I am going to respond to this post in a 'take the plank out of my eye' sort of way, meaning, I wouldn't suggest anything for you that I wouldn't think reasonable for myself.

This year, I think Pam should see being proactive in her health as a GIFT to herself, her family, and her Lord.

This year, I think Pam should reach out to someone who can be blessed by what she has to offer, even if it is a hug or a well timed card. If it works out well the first time, do it again and again and again. It may seem like she is blessing others but really, Pam will be the one who is blessed!

This year I think Pam should do something she has always wanted to do, even if people around her think it's outrageous (want a royal purple wall in your den? It's only paint... go for it! Want pink streaks in your hair? Aw! I bet pink is your color. See what I mean?).

This year, I think Pam should laugh as much as possible.

This year, I think Pam should have lunch with her blog bud Jennifer if she is ever in Alabama :)

This year, I think Pam should be loved and blessed by God. Oh wait, SHE ALREADY IS!!

I'm thankful for you Pam!

Sandee, WOW! You sure want me to have some fun this year! Thank you my dear for the hugs. I am trying not to be so hard on myself and enjoy getting healthy.

How did you know I am planning to go see our oldest son when they get settled in Alabama. Of course, first they have to move there. The trip will be later this spring.

Xmichra, Now that is a lofty goal for me. I will add that to my list of things to accomplish this year.

I have not scrap booked since November.

Jennifer, I have to agree with you on the blessings that I receive from helping others. My downfall is that I would rather help any one else except myself. Working on this.

I am thankful for you as well. Your answers are wonderful and I appreciate it all so much. Mmmm...
purple paint? Pink is one of my favorite colors, so is red.

Health seems to be the number one priority for me. I love to laugh, but here I am the one that makes everyone laugh. Laughing is so good for your soul. I may need some assistance with this.

I would love to come and have lunch with you in the near future. I am sure if Doc(Hubs) goes with me then we won't be trying to find you. You know how men are? But if my sweet sister goes then we will be trying to find you in AL.

The Bear's BLog, awh...I would love to come and visit you girls. Ya'll are so very sweet to me.

HI PAM-

okay, well, hmmmmmmm.

I think Pm should do 10 daily affirmations while looking in the mirror

I think Pam should start a written gratitude list and either read or add to every day.

I think Pam should share her gifts and talents with at least one other person, like a mentor.

I think Pam should say The Serenity Prayer every day.

Love Gail
peace

Gail, You listed some really good things to do for myself. I have to admit that I don't say many dailey affirmations.

I appreciate your comments my friend. Thanks again.

Love,
Pam

This year I think that Pam should follow all of her long lost dreams!!!

Noele, that is a pretty big request. Thanks so much for stopping by and leaving all of your comments. I will have to think about if I have any lost dreams that I have not yet accomplished.

I think you should wake up every morning and look in the mirror and say to yourself "I am important and I matter" and then go and treat yourself like you would treat your best friend.

Pay it forward to somebody everyday.

Continue working on your health and weight and give yourself a HUG at the end of the day for all you have accomplished.

Plan a trip to Disneyland and meet me there. I threw that in because that is what I want to do.

Do the things that you love to do and that make you happy.

You are the most wonderful person I have never met. Good luck on whatever you decide to do.

Be enthusiastic about life.

I think Pam should have a "Pamper Pam Day" once a week. A day to do anything you want to do with no guilt... just have fun :)

DeEtta, treat myself like I would my best friend? I will work on that my friend. I have a lot of work to do on me.

I had to laugh at DisneyLand! That would be a lot of fun. I would love to pay that forward to you. I wish?

This has been a good challenge for me to read what you would like to see me do. DeEtta, you have been a real source of strength to me and a dear friend. I am so thankful for you. I think you are awesome.

Dawn, what a great idea? Only if my friends will join me? I am glad that you are back to the blogging.

Wow I don't think I can handle the pressure.

This year I think Pam should do a finger-painting painting.

Nessa, I think I can do this one for you.

This year, I think Pam should... continue to share her positive attitude and values, by her example, to all her friends in the blogosphere. :-)

Finding Pam said...

Travis, thank you my friend. I can do the things that make me happy, but it's those things that don't make me happy that are so difficulot to do.

Ferd, that is a lot to live up to.You humble me. I don't even know if I can make a difference, but I will try. I am a good cheerleader.

Wow you're brave! I think Pam should...listen to whatever God is telling her to focus on. I find in my life, that is the only true voice to listen to.
