Ducks, dogs, cats and flowers

Hot Dog, Bruno and Stinky all headed out with me this morning.

Off we went to check on my wild flowers that Hubs planted for me.   I am enjoying the flowers.
 Close up of them.

God's beauty.

One of the things I am obsessed with right now are
my ducks.  We close them up at night so nothing will get them.  In the morning, I let them out and off the go to the pond.
 First swim of the day.
Once again, my favorite view of the ducks.
Ducks doing what ducks do best.  Gabbing to one another.
Quacking on the way to the water.
 Breakfast before a swim.
Bottoms up again.  I think these ducks are the cutest things I have ever seen.
 Headed to the water.

 Bottoms up.
 Sunflowers seeds sprouting.
 Stinky on the deck.
 Hubs' garden.  Those are potatoes.
We feed the deer, but don't hunt them.  Our place is a safe santuary for all animals.

I love all the shots and love the U.S. flag on your railing. That really rocks.

We feed all the critters here too and don't harm anything in the process. Big old softies is what we are, and we like it that way.

Have a terrific day Pam. Big hug. :)

I have been waiting to an update on your ducks. Beautiful wildflowers, especially the large one as your header. I would never get anything done if I had ducks, I would be watching them all day.

Things are just starting to bloom here. Garden isn't in as it has been too cold but can't wait.

Take care and enjoy spring!

Sandie, we also have two flags that we display at the front of our driveway for holidays. The small flag is on a metal hanger/rod in my flower pot.

It's nice to know there are other softies out there. Big hug and thanks for stopping by.

DeEtta, Something killed one of our ducks a few weeks back. The ducks were tramatized from it and so was I. We found some really large tracks and scat. Think it was a coyote.

I can hardly get any work done for watching the ducks. This is our first time raising ducks. While I adore my chickies, I admit the ducks are so neat.

I hope your weather warms up soon. We almost hit 90 degrees the other day. Love you, my friend.

You know, Pam, I think those ducks just may be more beneficial than a therapist, or even medication! I am enchanted by their daily rituals.

Rudee, I have to agree with you on the ducks and their appeal. They make me smile.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that finds them so interesting. What does that say about us? I like animals sometimes more than people.
LOL!

JBR, I adore their little bottoms. I hope my chickens will be as much fun, but some how I doubt it. LOL!
