Yippee...I got an award.

My knitting friend, Rudee, at http://nursingpurls.blogspot.com/ has given me this award, the Reader Appreciation Award. Please join me for some fun as I ask you to participate.  Please answer these five questions about yourself. Post on your blog and then tag your friends to join in the fun.

1. Where do you do most of your writing/blogging?
Me and my trusty cat, Bruno, sit at the kitchen table most of the time.  He is never far from my side.  He is my constant companion and whispers ideas into my ear.  Isn't he a sweetie?

2.What books were your childhood favorites?  A few of my favorites were "The Secret Garden, Old Yellow, Where The Red Fern Grows, and The Incredible Journey".

3. Who is your favorite fictional writer?  There's so many to choose, but my all time favorite is Stephen King.

4.  Have you ever Googled yourself and been surprised at what you found?  All I can say is Google knows way too much about me.

5.  Who will play you in a movie of your life?  I adore Meryl Streep. She can be funny and serious.

I would like to ask the following bloggers to join in the fun.

Way to go Pam and thanks for passing it along to me. My post is up and here's the link:

Reader Appreciation

Stephen King scares me to pieces. I can't read him. I can read Dean Koontz though. He's not so scary.

Have a terrific day. Big hugs. :)

Dean Koontz is one of my favorites too. Thanks for participating in this award.

Stephen King must be read with all of the lights on, the shades drawn and the doors locked!

Thanks for playing!

Nice to learn a little more about you. Will answer the questions sometime soon. Just been too busy lately. Stay tooned.

I've got two Hallmark holiday ornaments that prominently feature the major award. I love that movie!
