A look into our lives.

Daffodils that Hubs and I planted last fall.  About half of them have come up so far.

We had three trees cut that were struck by lightening.  It was sad to see these big oak trees dead.

Cutting trees to fence our property in and to fence the dogs out to stop them from killing our ducks.

Here is our back deck.  It was really red so we stopped the painter for now.

Let the rain come down

The rain came down.  In gushers of drops and thankfully no thunder or lightening.  I was at lunch in another town.  My bloggy friend, Anna and her little girl were up visiting friends.  I am so happy I got to visit them both.

The pond is full.

Wwwaaaatttteeerrr!

Took this picture of a dragon fly this morning.

The ducks are happy, happy, happy.

It's swim time

I haven't posted in a month or so.  The duckies are doing great, though something scared them off of the pond.  Now they are back in the carport. Hubs brought up the swimming tub and we bought them a second one.
It is a nice surprise to have some drakes.  We have five males and four females.  Entertainment doesn't get any better than this.

Splish slash, they're takin a bath.

I love me some ducks!
