I've joined the Bee Bandwagon at Muffin 53 Part Deux. I am ready to start back on my weight loss again. I got side tracked last summer when my dear husband got laid off and he decided to retire. A lot has happened since then, but I think I'm going to make it. I'm not good with change at all. I have been eating really bad since Christmas, hence my new desire to loose weight.
Bee told me how she has lost so much weight by using My Fitness Pal. It is a site designed to monitor weight loss. It automatically calculates your food choices, keeps up with your exercise and how much water you have had. I'm still learning, so bear with me. If you would like to follow my journey please follow.
My immediate goal is to loose 30 lbs. at a pound a week while exercising three times a week. I will do more as I improve. My fitness level is in decline because I stopped training with my training last April in preparation for Hubs job loss. I do better if I have a trainer as far as exercise goes, but I am intrigued by what Miss Bee has done. Her food pictures are so yummy looking. I thank her for including me in her group and appreciate all her help.
After signing in and setting up my account and passwords, I am on 1440 calories per day. Today, I have eaten a good breakfast of oatmeal, a not so good lunch of a Sonic burger no cheese, veggies and mustard and a med coke, two mini Milky Ways and for dinner I ate 4 oz. of baked chicken, a small sweet potato, and a salad with low fat ranch dressing. I feel full right now. Later...we'll see? I have 13 calories left for chewing gum.
More tomorrow.

I've been off it for some days now, but didn't gain any weight. I'm back on now. It's pretty easy to do too. Empress Bee really watches everything she eats and she's great on the exercise. I'm hit and miss. Good for you.
Have a terrific day honey and we're all pulling for you. Big hugs. :)
Thank you Sandie for the good support. I'll take it one day at a time. I think it will help with my accountability.
Good luck with it. I intending losing at lease 14lbs and keeping it off. :)
I admire your perseverance Pam. Best of luck!
