I haven't posted in a while because life just got in the way. My Hubs had prostate cancer surgery a month ago. They think they got it all and he returns in three months for another PSA. It was intense, but so far so good. Until a week ago, I was coming out of the house on the concrete driveway and my dogs knocked me down. They were horsing around and next thing I knew I was down and out. I broke my ankle in three places and the bone punctured my ankle. Pretty ugly. I never have had any broken bones, so I did it up good. I will be eight weeks off the foot and another three weeks or so after that. It was not good timing for this. Hubs hasn't recovered from his surgery and now he is nursing me. I have a wonderful husband. He has gone so far and above what I needed. Honey, I love you so much.
In January, we celebrated our 43 rd. anniversary. We are so blessed that we still love one another. He had a birthday on the 15th of February. In addition to all of the mishaps, we are remodeling out master bathroom. Our church has helped out so much. I appreciate all of the prayers and food and well wishes.
That's about it for now. I hope you new year is better than mine has been so far. Waggers, our newest dog, has a new home with a distant relative. I know he will be happy their. He was too big and rambunctious for us. Things have calmed down since his departure. Hot dog is much happier now. In the end, it all works out for the best.

Good to know your hubs is doing good and ouch...breaking your ankle in three places. Painful. Congrats on the 43 years...that's amazing...love hearing that especially when there's so much divorce and broken families. Hugs Pam....and only good things to happen for the rest of the year.
